By accessing and using 8680 Productions ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this Site.

2. Use of Service

8680 Productions provides a platform for purchasing and licensing instrumental beats and related merchandise. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any intellectual property rights of 8680 or any third party
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Site
• Distribute beats without proper licensing
• Share your account credentials with others

3. Purchases and Licensing

When you purchase a beat from 8680, you are purchasing a non-transferable license to use that beat according to the terms of the specific license type (Basic, Premium, or Exclusive).

• All sales are final (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• License agreements are sent via email upon purchase completion
• You must comply with all terms of your purchased license

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All beats, graphics, logos, and content on 8680 Productions are the property of 8680 or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does NOT transfer ownership of the underlying composition or copyright.

5. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An email with download links to your purchased beats
• A PDF license agreement for your records
• Access to downloads in your account dashboard for 30 days

It is your responsibility to download and save your files. If you experience issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

8680 Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Site or purchased beats
• Unauthorized access to your account or downloads
• Technical issues or interruptions of service
• Errors or omissions in content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
