At 8680 Productions, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the beat files have been delivered.

We understand that issues can arise, and we're here to help. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Products - No Refunds Policy

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of our beats, we cannot offer refunds under normal circumstances. Once you download or access the beat files, the purchase is considered complete.

Please carefully preview beats before purchasing. All beats have audio previews available so you can make an informed decision before buying.

Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Issued

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchased files, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same beat twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
• Wrong Item: If you receive files that do not match the beat you purchased.
• Quality Issues: If the delivered files are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the preview in terms of quality.
• Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced unauthorized charges.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for consideration.

Conditions for Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• You must cease all use of the beat immediately
• Any songs or content created with the beat must be removed from all platforms
• You must delete all downloaded files
• Your license to use the beat is immediately revoked
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Not reading the license terms before purchase
• Creative differences with the beat after purchase
• Inability to complete your project
• Finding a similar beat elsewhere for a lower price
• After 7 days from the date of purchase
• If the beat has been used in any released content

Exclusive License Refunds

Exclusive license purchases follow the same refund policy with additional considerations. Once an exclusive beat is purchased and the beat is removed from our store, refund requests are even more strictly evaluated as this prevents us from selling the beat to other customers.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on our policy, please:

2. Include your order number and transaction details
3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out for assistance. We may be able to offer:

• Technical support to resolve download or file issues
• License clarification or guidance
• Store credit for future purchases (case-by-case basis)
• Beat exchange for a different beat of equal or lesser value

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended, and all licenses granted will be revoked. We take payment disputes seriously and will provide all necessary documentation to your payment provider.
