License Agreement Details

Distribution Rights

All licenses grant you the right to record vocals over the instrumental, mix and master the recording, and distribute it through digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and social media.

The difference between licenses lies in the distribution limits (streams, downloads, video views) and whether you have exclusive or non-exclusive rights to the beat.

Producer Credit Requirements

All Licenses: You must credit "8680 Productions" or "Prod. by 8680 Productions" in the song title or description on all platforms. The beat must retain the producer tag at all times.

What You Can Do

Record vocals and create songs using the beat
Distribute your song on streaming platforms within license limits
Monetize your music videos on YouTube
Perform the song live and at paid venues
Sell your song commercially (within distribution limits)

What You Cannot Do

Resell or distribute the beat to other artists (exclusive license holders may)

Exceed the distribution limits of your license without upgrading
